Chordia AI
Chordia is a startup that wanted to transform the way call centers operate. Their goal was to create a platform that combined artificial intelligence, real-time analysis, and automated feedback, helping both managers and agents to continuously improve. Instead of replacing humans, digital agents offer intelligent suggestions from a constantly updated knowledge base that is managed by supervisors. In two months, we built a functional proof of concept and, from there, quickly evolved into a robust product with active customers.
As the design leader I was responsible for grasping user needs and translating them into flows and features.
